IMPORTANT NOTES (TERMS):

The Event Organisers and Venue will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage however caused.

IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE, THE EVENT ORGANISER’S DECISION IS FINAL.

NO UNDER-AGE, UNLICENCED OR UNINSURED DRIVERS OR RIDERS PERMITTED.

VEHICLES AND ENGINES MUST NOT BE LEFT RUNNING WHILST UNATTENDED.

TO COMPLY WITH HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, THERE WILL BE NO UNAUTHORISED VEHICLE MOVEMENTS PERMITTED BETWEEN 10 A.M. AND 5 P.M. ANYONE ARRIVING AFTER 10 A.M. WILL BE DIRECTED TO THE PUBLIC CAR PARK. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

PASSENGERS MUST NOT BE CARRIED ON VEHICLES AT ANYTIME.

THE ONLY MOVEMENT ONTO SITE WILL BE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING. SITE MOVEMENT WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED ON REQUEST SUPERVISED BY SITE STEWARDS.

YOUR DECLARATION:

I agree by submitting my request to exhibit to comply with the HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS OF THE EVENT. I am aware that the same rules apply at the stated event venue address as on the PUBLIC HIGHWAYS. I confirm that my exhibit is covered by a minimum THIRD PARTY INSURANCE as required by the ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, or Public Liability which covers event / exhibitor use, and having a limit of indemnity of no less than £5,000,000. I will operate my exhibit during the event and comply with the INSTRUCTIONS OF THE STEWARDS.

There will be no big band dance for 2022. However, you are welcome to join us in an evening for a complimentary BBQ as a thank you for your attendance

SITE safety (TERMS)

Please put and keep on your exhibitor wrist band ALL WEEKEND - this will grant you complimentary tea and coffee for the weekend from the ‘exhibitor only’ refreshment tent

While on site please do not exceed Max speed of 5mph

Strictly NO movement of vehicles between 10am and 5pm unless agreed and marshalled out

If assistance is required marshals can be found and contacted from the paying in tent located at the main entrance

First aid assistance can be obtained if required from the main paying in tent

Toilets are located at the Rear of the site in the Junction Box, also toward the front of the site near the pay-in tent (the toilets located at the front of the site will remain open 24 hours)

Under no circumstances should any weapon (de-activated or replica be on your person during public opening hours 10am – 5pm or for evening dance. These exhibits can be used as a static display only in a secure manner. 

NO LIVE / BLANK FIRE inc GAS at any point over the weekend.

Those not following these guidelines or deemed unsafe will be asked to leave the event. By exhibiting at the show, you agree to all the terms listed in this booking form.

About the Club

Crewe & District Military Vehicle Club is a group of local Military Vehicle enthusiast who as volunteers host this show each year to support our chosen charity and trust - Help 4 Heroes & Crewe Heritage Centre.
